God's Presence Fall Among Filipinos in Denmark

The Danish Evangelist Peter Capili Hansen who is the leader of Peter Hansen Ministries was invited to speak in a Filipino church in Copenhagen, Denmark last Sunday, August 5, 2007. The Filipino Christian Church is the largest Filipino church in Denmark and is headed by Pastor Raymond Osias and his wife Mildred.

The service started with an awesome Praise and Worship and it served to prepare everybody for the spiritually charged message. Evangelist Peter Hansen introduced himself with a few Tagalog phrases which surprised and was appreciated by everybody. Evangelist Peter's topic was about living in the presence of the Holy Spirit. From the beginning of his message the presence of the Holy Spirit began to manifest in the church hall.

The evangelist gave testimonies about his experiences in his personal life and on the mission field. He gave a very powerful message on how the Holy Spirit can transform the way you think, speak, and act. Evangelist Peter Hansen's message encouraged everybody to start a daily walk with the Lord. And while he was giving the message, the Holy Spirit started touching people in the church hall. People started crying and confessing to the Lord out loud! The presence of the Holy Spirit was very strong that night.

At the end of the service, Evangelist Peter Hansen prayed for the whole church. Some people went in front and God's awesome power swept through the whole church, people started falling to the ground even without being prayed for. Many people got a fresh touch from the Lord. It was a new beginning for the Filipino congregation in Copenhagen. The service ended with shouts of praise to the Lord.

Evangelist Peter Hansen was used mightily by Lord....and throughout everything....all honour belongs to Jesus Christ!

 

Peter says, "It was an amazing experience to see people receive the Holy Spirit for the first time. There was such a hunger that I have only seen a few times before in the ten years that I have been preaching. At one point in my message I could hardly stand, and when praying for people I almost fell over! I really sensed that God is taking out people to seek His face in holiness and Holy Spirit power. God is raising up a new holy generation who will not compromise the Word of God. In the last days there will be a great fall away from the church (sadly enough) but with all that is happening God is raising up some strategic holy warriors that will make the lasting church stand very firm, empowered with the full gospel and word of God and with God's Spirit. For the past years, I have been preaching in Methodist churches, Presbyterian churches, Pentecostal and charismatic churches and there is the same hunger for learning how to be in the presence of Jesus everyday! May the true love and passion of Jesus Christ dwell in all of us. Jesus Christ is Lord!
